When you send the contact form or write to [email protected], I receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. I use them only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the project.
The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are delivered through Cloudflare and stored in my email inbox provided by Google. A copy of each form message is also kept in a Cloudflare database so that no enquiry gets lost. I keep them as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any project that follows, and then delete them.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies, does not use your IP address to identify you and builds no profile of you. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers when you open the page.
I do not sell or rent personal data and share it only with the providers that run the services described here: Cloudflare (hosting, form delivery, database, statistics), Google (email inbox and fonts) and, if an invoice offers online payment, Stripe. Each receives only the data it needs, through its own encrypted connection, under its data processing terms. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
No payments are made on this website. If we work together, you pay by invoice. If an invoice offers online card payment, the payment is processed by Stripe; I see your name, email, the amount and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number. Invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by Slovak accounting and tax law.
The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS. Form messages travel encrypted to Cloudflare, are stored in a database that only I can access and are delivered to my inbox. The accounts used to run the site, the inbox and invoicing are protected by strong passwords and limited to me. I keep only the data listed above and delete enquiries that did not lead to a project.
This website sets no cookies.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. Write to [email protected] to use any of these rights.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, dataprotection.gov.sk).
