These terms apply to services provided by Marian Boledovic, trading as MaBo Digital, Luka, Slovakia ([email protected]). They cover website design and development, SEO services and related work ordered through mabodigital.dev or by email.
Every project starts with a written quote that describes the scope, price and timeline. The order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing, by email or by signing it. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Prices are agreed individually for each project, by email, phone or in person, and confirmed in the quote in euros. No payments are made on this website. Payment is made by bank transfer, or by another method stated on the invoice, by the due date shown on the invoice. Larger projects may be split into an advance payment and payments at agreed milestones; this is stated in the quote. Ongoing services such as SEO are invoiced for each billing period in advance.
You provide the texts, images, logins and feedback needed for the project in time and confirm that you have the rights to the materials you supply. Delays in providing them may move the agreed timeline.
A website is delivered when it is published on your domain or handed over to you. After full payment you own the website content and design made for you. Third-party components such as fonts, plugins or hosting stay under their own licences.
SEO work improves the conditions for ranking in search engines, but no one can guarantee a specific position in Google, because the search engine decides the ranking. Reports show the work done and the measured results.
You can cancel an order at any time by email. If you cancel before work starts, any advance payment is refunded in full within 14 days. If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work done up to that point and any remaining advance is refunded. Ongoing services can be cancelled for the end of the current billing period; the period already started is not refunded.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask for the work to start within that period, you pay for the part already delivered, and once the service has been fully provided the right to withdraw ends.
If you are not satisfied with the work, write to [email protected] with a description of the problem. Justified defects are fixed free of charge within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.
MaBo Digital is liable for damage caused by a breach of these terms up to the price paid for the service in question, except where the law does not allow such a limit. It is not liable for outages or changes of third-party services such as hosting providers or search engines.
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Consumers can also use alternative dispute resolution through the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
